Step 1. Cut out three equal sized cardboards pieces. The size should be same as you want it to be in the final picture frame.

Step 2.Cut out the sheet of thick paper in three equal sized rectangular pieces. The vertical length of the cut out sheet should be two inches more than the cardboard piece on each side. Horizontally, each end should be 4 inches more than the width of the cardboard pieces.

Step 3. Put the paper, spread out flat on the worktable. Put some glue on the cardboard and paste it onto the center of the sheet.
